Sparta is open 24 hours a day / 365 days a year to its members. We offer unrivalled low cost gym access at unbeatable value in our area. We have a superb range of strength and cardiovascular equipment.
OUR WORLD CLASS EQUIPMENT AND GYM SETUP
Sparta has two distinct gym areas.
The main gym floor is where the majority of our strength machines are located. We have sixteen (16) strength Machines from a variety of manufacturers including Nytram, Rogue, Watson and Nautilus. Both plate loaded and stacked equipment.
The Functional area is home to six (6) pieces of Cardiovascular equipment including a Stairmaster Gauntlet 10G, A curved treadmill, A Rogue Echo Bike and the Concept2 Range of rower, bike and Ski Erg. The functional area also is home to a purpose built rig with a double station. A variety of functional equipment including kettlebells, sandbags and slam balls are also available for all to use.
